Thomas Emero
Tom was most recently a shareholder of, as well as General Counsel and Director of Renewable Energy Development for GenPower Services, LLC – a developer of coal, gas, hydro and biomass power plants. Prior to that, Tom served as General Counsel to Alternative Energy, Inc., a developer, owner and operator of 4 wood-fired biomass facilities located in Maine and Michigan.

Tom’s efforts on behalf of BWE will include evaluation of available sites and selecting equipment vendors, contractors and engineers for, and overseeing the development of, the Combined Facilities.

William Bousquet
Bill is a professional engineer who was most recently Senior Vice President of Engineering and Construction at GenPower Services, Inc. and Project Director for the $1.9 billion Longview Power Project, a 750 MW supercritical design coal-fired power plant in West Virginia. Bill also managed the owner’s engineer for the Northern Wood Power Project – a 50 MW wood-fired electric generating facility for Public Service of New Hampshire. Prior to his efforts at GenPower, Bill was involved in the engineering, design, construction and completion of several gas-fired and wood-fired biomass facilities.

Bill will work with Tom evaluating sites, selecting vendors, contractors and engineers and will oversee the design, construction, and completion of each Combined Facility. Bill is BWE’s Management Committee representative under the joint development agreement with Bechtel Development Company.

Ted Verrill
Ted has been involved in the financing and procurement of nuclear, oil, natural gas, solar, geothermal and biomass facilities for various employers over 25 years. Recently Ted has developed a 100 MW gas-fired peaking facility and a 65 MW gas-fired combined cycle facility in Connecticut.

Ted is responsible for financing the development, construction and completion of the Beaver Wood biomass and wood pellet manufacturing facilities.

Bechtel Development Company
Bechtel Development Company (BDC) has entered into a joint development arrangement with Beaver Wood Energy to develop the Fair Haven and Pownal projects. BDC is performing development activities pertaining to the financing of the projects, providing some development capital and bringing the expertise of one of the premier engineering and construction companies in the world, Bechtel Power Corporation.

Bechtel Power Corporation
Bechtel Power Corporation (BPC) has been hired by Beaver Wood Energy to perform the design engineering for the Projects and to construct the projects under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract. With over 65 years of power experience and more than 225,000 MW of completed projects, BPC is consistently ranked as one of the leading EPC Contractors in the sector by Engineering News-Record magazine.
